WHO WE ARE
Our team consists of experienced Architects, Consultants and Experts with our officers having more than 40 years combined experience.
Our primary focus during our professional careers has been on Life Safety first. In the course of performing inspections over the years we have encountered defects involving failure to follow plans and specifications, defective work and missing structural elements (shear walls, hardware missing or improperly installed). We have also noted inspection sign offs by building officials after contractors had failed to follow the plans, specifications and details, or even meet building standards for the work. Third party inspections are a growing part of our business. We advocate for our clients, with contractors and building officials in order to get the results which our clients are paying for on their project. We are most effective when we provide progress inspections for our clients. If the work does not meet the requirements, we will stop work until they meet the requirements.
Roger Miller is our CEO, a retired General Contractor, Expert Witness, Consultant and 3rd Party Inspector. He also has worked in the Southern California area for more than 40 years and provided services Nationally and Internationally. Ryan Marshall began his business career while in High School and founded a nationally recognized business as a young entepreneur. He then turned his interest to building a successful real estate brokerage. His creative approach and expertise has provided him with a unique perspective and vision which he brings to the team.

Identifing maintenance issues reduces YOUR RISK
It is not unusual to find areas where maintenance had been deferred and damage has occurred. Deferred maintenance increases the cost of repairs (COR) and can lead to liability issues.
Our goal is to assist Property Managers and HOAs in identifyng and categorizing defects so they can be remediated before they become serious repair issues for the HOA.
We work on the basis of a "Team" approach with Property Managers and HOAs. Our years of experience with design, construction, and coordinating with building officials help to keep the costs and scheduling under control. Our services provide oversight of the project progress and the building official's inspections. This is to insure compliance with project specifications and building regulations. Our reports then document and inform the Property Manager and HOA creating a record of work that is done.
We do not perform construction work. We do act as a liason between the HOA and Property Manager and their preferrred contractors to provide coordination and oversight. Throughout the repair process, progress photographs and site reports keep the Property Manager informed of the work done by the contractors.
